Partnership Announcement with Elemental

PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Meaningful Measures has joined forces with award winning company, Elemental Software to provide greater social prescribing data analysis using MYCaW (Measure Your Concerns and Wellbeing)

COMING SOON APRIL 2021

This innovative partnership will seek to provide social prescribing projects with the ability to gather qualitative and quantitative data about people's concerns and wellbeing, while also providing support and access to industry experts - Dr Marie Polley and Dr Helen Seers.

Elemental are delighted to be the first social prescribing software provider to digitally embed the MYCaW questionnaire as a validated measurement tool from within the platform to support its use and scale across social prescribing.

Through this partnership Meaningful Measures will offer their consultancy services at a discounted rate to Elemental customers to support the wider evaluation, data analysis, and strategic development of social prescribing projects through the use of MYCaW.

The MYCaW questionnaire captures the voice of the individual and evaluates holistic, personalised approaches to supporting people. It captures the full range of concerns encountered in social prescribing e.g., psycho-emotional, social, physical, spiritual and medical concerns, as well as practical welfare concerns relating to finance, housing and jobs and concerns of carers. MYCaW works as part of the consultation, is validated, quick to use and fits with the person-centered ethos of social prescribing by helping to prioritise what is most important to the individual.

Dr Marie Polley, Co-Founder and Co-Director, Meaningful Measures said:

"We are really delighted to be partnering with Elemental Software to embed MYCaW in their platform. MYCaW is an inclusive approach to demonstrating how people benefit from individualised support. We feel it will complement the Elemental Platform and provide organisations with the ability to demonstrate the full breadth of unmet needs that they are supporting in the social prescribing services."

Jennifer Neff, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Elemental Software said:

"We are delighted to announce our partnership with Meaningful Measures and to introduce MYCaW to our platform. Our customers will greatly benefit from being able to add the validated measurement tool to their social prescribing programme. It will enable them to identify the most crucial needs of their clients and to better provide services that meet those needs. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this will have."

MYCaW is a powerful tool in supporting holistic, person-centered projects to understand its users' needs, be responsive to those needs, and support decision making when developing services further.
